Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TopChoiceRatings website operated by FluxLink Technology Inc. (“FluxLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at the domain where these Terms are posted (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not a ticket seller

The Site provides informational content, editorial summaries, and outbound links. FluxLink does not list tickets for sale, set ticket prices, collect payment for tickets, or fulfill ticket orders through this Site. Any ticket transaction occurs on third-party platforms (including StubHub, Inc.) under that platform’s terms, fees, and buyer/seller rules.

3. Relationship between FluxLink Technology Inc. and StubHub, Inc.

FluxLink Technology Inc. operates TopChoiceRatings as an independent ticket aggregator and as an authorized digital marketing partner of StubHub, Inc. (“StubHub”). This means FluxLink may display StubHub-related marketing materials, measurement tags, and deep links that route users to StubHub-controlled experiences.

StubHub is a separate legal entity. StubHub’s trademarks, programs (including FanProtect™), and marketplace operations are owned and administered by StubHub. Nothing in these Terms grants FluxLink the authority to bind StubHub or to modify StubHub’s policies.

Contractual agreement reference code: ny_flux_2026_05 This internal reference code identifies the authorized marketing and traffic partnership framework between FluxLink Technology Inc. and StubHub for compliance, finance, and audit traceability. It does not replace StubHub’s end-user terms.

4. Affiliate & advertising transparency

Outbound links to StubHub may include affiliate or partner tracking parameters. FluxLink may earn commissions or marketing fees when eligible user actions occur on StubHub, as determined by StubHub and its partner programs. Identifiers disclosed on the Site footer include: Google Ads ID 671-171-0323; Partnerize ID 1011-158652; StubHub Affiliate ID 1101-82495.

5. Mandatory consumer disclosure

TopChoiceRatings is an independent ticket aggregator and an authorized digital marketing partner of StubHub, Inc. Ticket prices are set by independent sellers and may be above or below face value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in violation of robots rules where applicable, introducing malware, interfering with security features, or using automated means in a manner that impairs Site operation. We may suspend access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, text authored by FluxLink, and FluxLink marks are owned by FluxLink or licensors. Event names may appear descriptively; third-party marks belong to their owners. No license is granted except the limited right to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUXLINK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT—EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL FLUXLINK’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FLUXLINK FOR SITE-RELATED SERVICES IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the minimum permitted.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FluxLink from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

11. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes shall be in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless another forum is required by statute.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
