Practical answers about digital tickets, how resale markets function, and how buyer protections apply when you complete purchases on StubHub. TopChoiceRatings (FluxLink Technology Inc.) provides educational content only; order support is delivered by StubHub for StubHub transactions.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download or access e-tickets after purchase?

Because TopChoiceRatings does not process ticket orders, all delivery actions happen on StubHub (or partner apps required by teams/venues). Typical flows include:

  • Mobile transfer: Accept tickets inside the team, venue, or league application; avoid screenshots unless the venue explicitly permits static images.
  • PDF / print-at-home: Some markets still allow print-friendly PDFs—verify whether the barcode must be presented digitally.
  • Delayed release: Sellers may not transmit barcodes until shortly before the event for fraud-prevention reasons; the listing should disclose timing.

If you purchased on StubHub, use StubHub’s order history and in-product help for step-by-step download prompts.

What is the secondary ticket market?

The primary market is the first sale from an artist, team, promoter, or venue (or their authorized agent). The secondary (resale) market involves tickets resold after that initial purchase. Prices reflect seller expectations, seat quality, timing, risk, and competitive listing depth—not face value.

StubHub operates a resale marketplace where independent sellers list tickets. TopChoiceRatings is an editorial and discovery layer that may link you to StubHub search results; we do not set prices or hold inventory.

How does StubHub’s 100% Buyer Guarantee / FanProtect™ work (high level)?

FanProtect™ is StubHub’s buyer confidence program for eligible orders. While exact conditions evolve and are defined in StubHub’s legal materials, buyers commonly associate FanProtect™ with commitments such as:

  • Receiving valid tickets in time for the event, consistent with the delivery method chosen at checkout.
  • Remediation paths if tickets are invalid or certain covered disruptions occur, subject to StubHub policies.
  • Support channels administered by StubHub’s customer operations—not by TopChoiceRatings.

Read StubHub’s official FanProtect™ documentation at checkout time. Our Refund Policy page summarizes editorial expectations but does not replace StubHub terms.

Does TopChoiceRatings issue refunds?

No. We do not collect payments for event tickets. Refund and remedy questions for StubHub purchases must be directed to StubHub according to the order’s terms. We publish a standalone Refund Policy to explain how we think about cancellations and invalid tickets in plain language.

Why do prices change so quickly?

Resale markets are dynamic auctions in disguise: sellers adjust prices as events approach, news breaks (injuries, playoff clinching, casting changes), and competitive listings appear or disappear. A price you saw earlier may not be available minutes later.

How do I contact FluxLink / TopChoiceRatings for legal or compliance questions?

Email legal_stubhub@topchoiceratings.com. Operational ticket issues for StubHub orders must go through StubHub support channels.
