Critical distinction
TopChoiceRatings does not process ticket payments and therefore does not issue ticket refunds. When this document references a “100% refund policy,” it describes the consumer-protection standards commonly associated with StubHub’s marketplace programs (including FanProtect™ where applicable), not a direct obligation of FluxLink.
1. Where refunds actually occur
If you purchased tickets on StubHub, StubHub’s checkout terms, FanProtect™ terms, and order-specific delivery rules determine eligibility for refunds, credits, or replacements. Contact StubHub support with your order ID.
2. Event cancellations & postponements
When an event is canceled and not rescheduled, marketplaces typically void entry rights and initiate buyer remedies consistent with posted policies. When an event is postponed and officially mapped to a new date, your tickets may remain valid for the new date; some jurisdictions and policies may offer options if you cannot attend—verify StubHub’s then-current rules.
3. Invalid or non-working tickets
If tickets are invalid or otherwise fail to provide admission as described in eligible scenarios, StubHub’s buyer programs may provide remedies such as replacement tickets of comparable or better value or a refund/credit, subject to verification and policy limits. Preserve evidence (screenshots of errors, gate communications where safe to collect) to support your claim.
4. Delivery failures
If a seller fails to deliver tickets within the timeframe and method promised at purchase, StubHub—not FluxLink—typically administers resolution pathways for eligible orders.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first using StubHub’s support channels can complicate verification. We recommend following StubHub’s published dispute process for StubHub orders.
6. No double recovery
Buyers may not obtain duplicate remedies across chargebacks, marketplace credits, and seller-side resolutions for the same underlying issue.
7. Partner agreement reference
FluxLink’s marketing relationship with StubHub is identified for audit purposes as agreement code ny_flux_2026_05. That agreement does not modify StubHub buyer terms.
